What You'll Be Doing: Deliver hands-on IT support across client offices in London, ensuring systems and users stay productive. Be the first on-site contact for escalated tickets requiring a physical presence. Manage IT kit and office tech, including: Laptop and desktop rollouts (Windows/macOS) User onboarding and leaver processes Stock, asset registers, and office devices Meeting room AV and printing equipment Keep communication flowing with clients while coordinating with the wider technical support team for escalations. Spot patterns, recurring issues, and opportunities to streamline IT environments. Represent the business as a reliable, professional, and approachable point of contact. Ensure client IT setups are tidy, organized and easy to manage. Experience and Skills Requirements: Previous experience in a field engineer, desktop support or IT support role. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and macOS. Hands-on knowledge of device management tools (e.g., Intune) and endpoint security. Networking know-how (Wi-Fi, patching, switches, printers). Great communication skills and the ability to put clients at ease. Confident working independently across multiple sites with good time management. Background in a multi-client or MSP-style environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, SharePoint, and OneDrive administration. Experience with AV/meeting room technologies. Certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or ITIL.
