Salary up to 80k I am recruiting on behalf of a client who are looking to add a ServiceNow developer to their ever-increasing IT Systems team. This role is a growth role, and my client are investing heavily in the platform, and they are looking for someone who can support the existing internal functions and the external facing team. You will be tasked with: Building configuring, and enhancing ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to support internal business functions. Developing and maintaining client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer flows, and business rules to automate processes and improve user experience. Working with the wider ServiceNow team and stakeholders across departments to understand business challenges and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions. Contributing to solution design discussions and ensure developments are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with platform strategy. Developing and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other core internal systems using APIs, IntegrationHub, or other tools. What we are looking for: Proven ServiceNow development experience (ITSM, CSM). Experience and knowledge of languages such as: HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Experience working in a Domain Separated Platform. Experience with Web Technologies and platform integration methods (Hub & Spoke methodology). Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, or IntegrationHub). ServiceNow certification would be advantageous: System Administrator, CIS-CSM, CIS-ITSM. ITIL v4 Foundation qualified would also be preferable.
