.NET Software Developer - Progression to Technical Product Manager / Technical BA Bath / Hybrid - £45,000-£50,000 + excellent benefits A fantastic opportunity to join a leading financial services SaaS organisation in Bath as a .NET Software Developer, with a clear route to progress into a Technical Product Manager, Technical Business Analyst, or Technical Architect role over time. This position would suit a developer with 2+ years' experience who is looking to broaden their career beyond hands-on coding within the next 12-24 months. You'll be technically confident, curious about how products come together, and comfortable seeing the bigger picture. An interest or background in financial services would be beneficial. You'll join a small, high-performing team that's heavily invested in modern technology, working across the full stack with .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server. The role would suit a .Net Software Developer with 3+ years of experience who is comfortable working in a full-stack position (.NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server), who is looking for a team where they can learn, grow and kick on in their career. It will be joining a small, high performing team who have invested heavily in the tech they work with. There is a clear pathway to take on more responsibility and ownership across product design, architecture and/or technical leadership.
