Key Responsibilities Create and deliver the Wealth proposition strategy and transformation roadmap, identifying opportunities, shaping initiatives and securing business and financial backing needed to deliver them. Applying market intelligence, regulatory insight and adviser and customer research to ensure LV= propositions remain relevant and evolve. Drive high-quality change outcomes, translating strategic thinking into tangible results. As a key proposition subject matter expert, act as a highly effective communicator and proposition champion, able to convey the value of the propositions internally. Lead external relationship management and commercial negotiations with business partners, suppliers, trade bodies industry forums PR and lobbying. Lead an effective risk and governance oversight of all open and closed wealth propositions by systematically making objective assessment of their performance and suitability. Ensure the propositions deliver on customer outcomes, LV= risk appetite, commercial targets and strategic priorities. Ensure the management of decisions and risks are within LVFS appetite supported by timely and accurate reporting, including through to the relevant LV Management Committees, Supervisory Boards and Accountable Persons. Provide role model leadership for managing, motivating and developing a diverse and inclusive proposition team that consistently operates to, and delivers high standards of customer, enterprise, risk & performance culture. About You Strategic proposition leadership - demonstrable experience of ability to interpret industry shifts, adviser behaviour and customer trends to shape relevant strategies that deliver good proposition outcomes for advisers, customers and deliver meaningful commercial impact Customer focus - proven capability to understand the needs and perspectives of customers and advisers, using these insights to shape clear, actionable direction Strong knowledge of the Wealth financial services market - understanding how advisers place business, how platforms and products interact and engage with propositions and the technical, regulatory, financial and risk framework that underpin successful proposition design and delivery Commercially delivery focused - able to demonstrate how value is generated through the value chain and drives the impact changes can make to strengthen commercial performance and deliver measurable bottom-line results Influential communicator - confident and adept at stakeholder management and relationship building, able to work collaboratively across the internal and external organisation(s) and hold others to account for their delivery responsibilities Role model leader - capability to empower teams and adapt between leading from the front and collaborating as part of a wider cross-functional team Innovative - contribute fresh thinking, articulate ideas and decisions that influence practical value-add improvements that advance our proposition set Rewards and Benefits This role is a Band C in the LV= Structure.
