Person Specification The successful candidate will have a demonstrable experience in: React.js Next.js JavaScript (ES6+) and modern browser APIs HTML5 & CSS3 (responsive design, accessibility, cross-browser compatibility) TypeScript Tailwind CSS or similar modern CSS frameworks Node.js (front-end tooling, build processes, integrations) Strapi or similar headless CMS platforms Git for source control and collaborative development An understanding of C#, .NET and backend concepts to support collaboration with backend teams (deep expertise not required). Awareness of SQL and relational databases, including how front-end applications interact with data (no complex database development expected). Strong understanding of front-end architecture, component-based design, and state management. Solid grasp of programming fundamentals, including functional programming principles and common design patterns. Experience working with API-driven applications and consuming REST/JSON endpoints. Awareness of performance optimisation, accessibility standards, and modern front-end best practices. A working knowledge of DevOps concepts (build pipelines, deployments, environments).
