An established organisation in Bournemouth is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Senior IT Support Engineer to join their IT Services department. The role is primarily customer-facing, providing high-quality support to the organisation. The successful candidate will work as part of a collaborative IT team, handling 1st and 2nd line support and contributing to day-to-day IT operations. Responsibilities: Provide 1st and 2nd line support across hardware, software, and network systems Monitor, prioritise, and resolve support tickets, escalating complex issues as needed Perform routine IT operations and maintenance to ensure system stability and security Maintain accurate technical documentation and knowledge base articles Support device deployments and end-users in a 1:1 environment Contribute to project tasks and assist with infrastructure improvements Ensure cybersecurity and safeguarding standards are maintained Key Skills & Experience: Strong experience in Office 365, Windows Server, Azure, and core infrastructure (AD, DHCP, DNS) Knowledge of ITIL-based service management processes Experience with device management (JAMF, MDM, Intune) and Apple technologies Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Awareness of cybersecurity best practices, MFA, and phishing prevention Familiarity with network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, VLANs) and cloud services

Systems Integration Engineer Ipswich - Hybrid £40,000 - £45,000 We're working with a leading UK software company that develops enterprise solutions who are now looking for a Systems Integration Engineer to join their growing team and help deliver seamless integrations for customers and partners. In this role, you'll be configuring and supporting API and EDI integrations, migrating applications and databases, and helping connect systems and data sources across complex environments. You'll also play a key part in working to design, build, and deploy integrations that improve efficiency and enhance operational performance. This is a great opportunity for someone with around 3-5 years' experience in system integration, middleware, or software support, who's eager to develop their technical and commercial skills. You'll receive full training on the products and tools, and as the integration function grows, there's genuine scope for this role to evolve into a leadership position.

Software Test Analyst - Permanent Ipswich, Suffolk £32,000 - £37,500 per annum This is a great opportunity for a Software Tester to join a leading Software Development company as they continue to grow and expand. You'll be the main Tester in the business, and whilst there's no direct management needed, we're looking for someone who is able to take-the-lead during testing phases, help plan and manage the testing cycles and drive automation testing tools deeper into the business. It's predominantly a manual testing role, however there will be some automation too as you'll be working on how to improve their current automation set up and using an automation testing tool they currently have in place, which is SmartBear. The company develop and test in agile sprints, and there is a target for a new release of their core software platform every three weeks, built up of a two-week development sprint followed by a one-week test phase. This role would suit someone with 3-5 years' experience, looking to take on more responsibility and an interest in testing and delivering software / technology. There is a clear development and progression pathway in this role too.
