Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems following standard procedures. Escalate unresolved issues to second or third level support teams. Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions accurately. Ideal Candidate At least 3 years of IT engineer experience. Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and common business applications. Business fluency in both English and Japanese. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem solving mindset. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or operating network equipment advantageous.
