As aField BasedTechnical Engineeryoull be responsible for: Conducting technical site surveys, agreeing system specifications with installers and homeowners, producing on-site quotations, commissioning Air Source Heat Pump systems, completing system handovers, and resolving technical issues through remedial visits. Producing accurate room-by-room heat loss calculations, creating technical proposals and system performance estimates. Compiling detailed quotes/proposals for the sales team and ensuring all documentation is uploaded to the CRM system. Acting as the Nominated Technical Supervisor for all regional MCS projects, ensuring every subcontracted installation adheres to MCS standards and Building Regulations. Providing phone-based and remote technical support, maintaining strong working relationships with assigned installers, and acting as a consistent technical point of contact. This is a full-time, permanent, field based role working 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm. And heres what wed like you to have: Plumbing & Heating:Level 3 NVQ or equivalent.
