Executive Assistant to C Suite 6 month FTC £65,000 City of London We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high level support to two C Suite executives within a leading insurance organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, highly organised EA who thrives in a fast paced, professional environment and is comfortable operating at senior leadership level. As a trusted partner to the executives, you will manage a complex and demanding workload, ensuring seamless day to day support and enabling the executive to focus on strategic priorities. You will act as a key point of contact both internally and externally, maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, discretion and efficiency. The successful candidate will have previous experience operating at C Suite level, preferably within insurance or professional services. Excellent hybrid working available: 2 3 days per week in the office. What you'll do: Extensive and complex diary management across multiple stakeholders and time zones Coordinating meetings, board and executive committee schedules and senior stakeholder engagements Managing inboxes, prioritising communications and drafting correspondence where required Preparing meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials Arranging domestic and international travel including all logistics and itineraries Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Handling confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion Assisting with projects and business initiatives as required What you'll need: Previous experience supporting C Suite or Executive level leaders Previous experience within the insurance sector is strongly desired Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Professional, proactive, and highly confidential in approach REF: AJL188829
