This is an office based 5 days per week position in London SE1. To apply you must demonstrate previous 2nd line support experience for medium / large business including AD, O365 and hardware skills. This role is initially a temporary / contract position covering a full time vacancy, so is likely to go temp to perm in the new year. The client will provide you with a company van, fuel card, uniform and pay all expenses like parking. Standard hours are 0800 - 1700 with 1 hour break, 40 hours per week. Overtime paid outside of this. Standard days are 5 days per week Tuesday to Saturday. You will bill £110 per day for your availability and £13.75 for any additional hours worked / travelling. Most of the calls are swap-outs, replacing faulty devices like: Printers, Screens, Keyboards, Chip and PIN machines etc. You will arrive with replacement parts and follow scripts to setup some of the devices. You will be required to work on call 1 week in 3 - Saturday Sunday and Evenings on call. Door to door overtime applies if called out.
