They are looking for a Business Development Manager to take ownership of new business acquisition across the Hotel or Restaurant industry across the UK with a focus on growing the business' presence. This role is critical to driving pipeline creation, winning new business and positioning them as the preferred all in one platform in Hospitality. You will own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signature and work closely with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to refine and execute a focus go-to-market strategy. Experience Experience: 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales or business development, selling into hospitality or vertical SaaS. Skills: Excellent prospecting, negotiation, stakeholder management, and consultative selling skills. You will focus on ensuring performance, availability and security of critical SQL Server environments whilst supporting ongoing operations, improvements, and project work. They need a hands-on SQL DBA who can operate independently, deal with complex issues and work across cross functional teams. This is a hybrid position, with the expectation being 3 days a week onsite in their Edinburgh City Centre office. Essential Skills & Experience Significant hands-on experience as a SQL Server DBA in enterprise environments Strong expertise in SQL Server administration (installation, configuration, troubleshooting) Proven experience with performance tuning (indexes, execution plans, waits, IO, memory) Solid knowledge of HA/DR technologies (Always On AGs essential) Strong T-SQL skills for diagnostics, automation, and troubleshooting Experience with backup and recovery strategies in large environments Understanding of Windows Server and storage concepts Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
