Joining us in Technology Consulting Our Technology Consulting team specialises in assisting our clients to achieve maximum value from their technology and their IT operations and enabling the optimal use of technology and IT capital for public and private sector organisations, agile SMEs and private equity investors. Joining the Agile Talent Community as an experienced Oracle Cloud Project Manager , you will have the freedom to work on projects that you choose, whether full or part-time and support our clients and internal teams on short to medium-term assignments. Skills we are looking for: Previous experience of managing end-to-end Oracle Cloud project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery. Strong skills in Project Management, Commercial Management, Stakeholder Management, Internal Governance & Project Controls. Coordinate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations Ensure compliance with Oracle implementation methodologies. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. Lead cross-functional teams, including functional & technical consultants as well as Change Architects. Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management. Oversee system testing, data migration, and user training activities. Ensure projects meet quality standards and align with business commercial goals. Develop and lead on the project cutover runbook. We're looking for a dynamic Project Manager who can lead projects end-to-end while also stepping into Business Analyst and Change Management roles when needed. Skills required: Previous experience of managing ERP projects as a Project Manager through all phases: governance, requirements, vendor selection, risk analysis, implementation, customization, testing, training, and rollout. Knowledge of Prima or INFOR systems will be a bonus but not a 'must have' Strong knowledge of Finance and HR functions and business processes. Drive business analysis, process improvement initiatives, including BPMN 2.0 process mapping. Coordinate milestones across multiple teams using project management tools. Lead risk management and mitigation strategies. Support change management activities and stakeholder engagement throughout the project cycle. Strong understanding of different project approaches (Agile/Waterfall). Strong writing, presentation and communication skills. Ability to work unsupervised and to time and budget. The successful candidate must be willing to work onsite from Kettering for 3 days a week. Skills we're looking for Oracle E-Business Suite R12.3 and later releases implementation and/or support Previously carried out Oracle EBS implementation - this particular role is for version r12. Be patient, able to handhold the client through UAT for client buy-in with particular focus to Go-Live. Well aware of General Ledger, AP, AR and Cash Management (CM) modules (Applicable to Finance role only). Well aware of SCM modules, end to end process including 3PL. Expertise in OM, Advanced pricing and Inventory a must (applicable to Supply Chain Management role only). Be able to read & interpret MD050 & BR100 documents.
