Maintain up-to-date knowledge of networking, virtualisation and enterprise infrastructure technologies. About You Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Networking or a related discipline. Understanding of Windows, Linux and virtualisation technologies. Knowledge of networking concepts including routers, switches and network infrastructure. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced technical environment. Desirable Skills Exposure to scripting or automation.
