Network IT is currently recruiting for a Python Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions for our client in Milton Keynes. In this role, you will focus on building scalable, efficient, and maintainable applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful technical solutions. Our client is looking for someone with strong Python experience, along with Goland and C# / .net. This is a fully onsite role due to the work being carried out. You will need to be eligible for SC Clearance, and hold a British Passport. Role: Python Developer Duration: 6 Months Rate: 540 per day Status: Inside IR35 Location: Milton Keynes Working Pattern: Onsite Role Key Responsibilities Develop, enhance, and maintain Python-based applications and services Background with Golang and C# / .Net skills Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices Integrate systems with APIs, SOC environments, and third-party services as required Contribute to improving development processes, tools, and team standards Must be eligible for SC Clearance, and hold a British Passport

This role will see you managing and developing a high-performing data team, while ensuring the delivery of effective and scalable data solutions.You'll play a key role in setting direction, building capability, and aligning data initiatives with business priorities. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to oversee data programmes from strategy through to delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary data team, fostering collaboration and accountability. Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring data initiatives support strategic goals. Oversee the delivery of enterprise data solutions, including data warehousing, ETL processes, and data pipelines. Ensure compliance, governance, and security are embedded into all data practices. Manage third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring delivery against SLAs and value for investment. Take responsibility for planning, budgets, and resourcing of data projects. Promote continuous improvement and adoption of best practices in data management. Required Experience: Significant experience in data leadership roles within complex organisations. Proven track record of leading and developing technical teams. Good understanding of data warehousing, ETL, and data pipeline solutions. Experience with data governance, compliance, and security frameworks. Strong stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and planning skills. Experience managing budgets and resources effectively. Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing abilities. Degree in an IT or data-related discipline (or equivalent experience).
