IS / IT Project Manager - Canterbury, Kent and Work From Home A strong and rounded IS / IT Project Manager required for a very successful business based near to Canterbury in Kent with sites across the region (Near Maidstone, Ashford, Faversham, Gravesend). Having implemented core business applications across multiple sites and multiple businesses in recent years, now is the time deliver a wide variety of incremental improvement projects to get most value out of those systems to leverage significant ROI. You'll be working closely with the business and will have responsibility for: * Collecting, understanding, and communicating the business requirements and translating these into functional specifications and detailed test plans. * Support the business throughout the systems implementation and testing & training cycles * Manage selection and performance of suitable partners for delivery and maintenance of projects. * Providing the link between the customer, internal team and any third party, throughout the change lifecycle. * Setting up and running some of the diverse range of projects already identified for the next 12 / 18 months including: * Upgrading & Re-engineering ERP system * Time and Attendance * Mobile * Document Management * Forecasting * Payroll To be able to successfully take on this role we would expect you to be able to demonstrate: * At least 3/4 years as an IS / IT Project Manager * Backed up with strong business engagement, analysis and business processes * Experience building close working relationships with stakeholders, to be able to understand and advise on opportunities and advise accordingly * Experience managing implementation and change projects on core business systems / applications such as finance, erp, crm, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, document management etc * Structured Project Management background i.e. Prince 2 or PMBOK or similar approach * Being a car driver as there will be occasional travel to different local sites In return for your capability to take on this position, our Client is expecting to offer an excellent package made up of an attractive salary of up to £55,000 + car or £7k car allowance, bonus and 25 days holiday. Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure Outsourcing Both London and Work From Home £500 per day outside IR35 Strong Project Manager required for this exciting 6 month+ divestiture project. You will be responsible for managing and delivering the end-to-end outsourcing project from RFP to identification and transitioning of services to an MSP. The role is based in London and will involve a mix of onsite and home working. Experience * Significant IT Infrastructure Project Management experience, * Used to working in a fast paced and diverse environment * A strong background working on outsourcing / transitioning projects - infrastructure, desktop, licensing, Office 365, SharePoint, Intune, Azure etc. * Project Manager experience in an SME / small enterprise environment (this is a 200/300 person business!) * Developing and managing MSP / third party supplier relationships * Ability to remain objective and goal-focused under pressure * Leading from the front, rolling sleeves up and "getting it done"! * Project Management certification / tools such as PRINCE2, Agile, PMP, APM, PMI, MS Project, Visio This is a 6 month + project management role being offered outside of IR35 against a specific set of deliverables.
