Senior IT Support Analyst Permanent £41,700 London As the Senior IT Support Analyst your role will play a key part in projects and 3rd line technical support within the IT team and organisation, whilst also working closely with several external service, and support providers. Your position will take responsibility for a range of areas related to our IT infrastructure from cloud to desktop. Experience required: Have excellent IT support, and project management skills. Be able to show initiative, quickly learn new operating procedures, and maintain established systems. Demonstrate commitment to diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the organisations activities and IT service delivery. Possess demonstrable technical problem solving, and analytical skills. Be an excellent communicator, able to communicate clearly and professionally online, by phone, and in person, across all levels of the organisation, and with external suppliers. Be able to provide analytical, technical, and administrative support in planning, designing, and implementation of information technology hardware, software, and network components. Technical experience required; Office 365 and Azure services and applications: Exchange Online SharePoint Online OneDrive Endpoint Manager (Intune) PowerShell Windows Virtual Desktop Microsoft Server technology and infrastructure platforms including: Windows Server operating systems (2003/2008/2012/2016/2019), Exchange SQL Cloud-based backup services (Veeam, SkyKick, Azure). Windows based administration of legacy tools, such as: Active Directory Group Policy SCCM Windows Defender Windows Advanced Threat Protection Network administration: Cisco Firewalls and switches Cisco Meraki Switches and Wireless Access Points Hands-on implementation, configuration, and upgrading of a variety LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructure including those mentioned above.
