This is a hands on delivery role suited to someone who has already led multiple software implementations and is ready to take ownership of end to end customer delivery within a growing HealthTech environment. You will be responsible for managing implementations from discovery through to go live, working closely with product, engineering, data and clinical teams to ensure safe, high quality deployments. This role would suit a Project Manager, Implementation Lead or Software Implementation Specialist with solid, mid level experience delivering enterprise software, ideally within healthcare or another regulated setting. Key Responsibilities Lead the full implementation lifecycle for new customers, from initiation through go live and handover Define project scope, delivery plans and system configuration requirements Deliver structured onboarding, implementation and training programmes Plan and oversee complex data migrations, including validation and reconciliation Ensure data quality, integrity and clinical safety throughout delivery Manage internal and external stakeholder communication and alignment Identify risks, issues and dependencies, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies Support and mentor implementation and product specialists as required Contribute to continuous improvements of the Implementation Playbook and delivery processes Skills and Experience Around 5 years' experience in software implementation, project management or technical delivery roles Experience delivering enterprise software implementations and supporting large scale data migrations Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate cross functional teams Excellent communication, facilitation and documentation skills Strong analytical and problem solving ability with a high attention to detail Experience working in fast paced or scaling technology environments Desirable Experience Experience working within NHS, primary care or digital healthcare environments Familiarity with clinical safety processes and healthcare data standards
