Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of garment printing and decoration processes. Experience using CRM systems and managing sales data. Ability to analyse performance and make informed commercial decisions. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not essential). Full UK driving licence (preferred).
