Establishing and maintaining suitable archiving systems for software and machine parameters for aforementioned equipment. Collect, organise, and analyse data in support of Key Performance Indicators for the Manufacturing Services Department as required. Provide technical assistance relating to machine or process failure to other supporting service functions. Coordinate with OEM and machine specialists. If requested support other business units within Rolls Royce and any manufacturing suppliers to Rolls Royce. Suggest improvements to work instructions to optimise the maintenance strategy and be responsible for defining the technical basis of maintenance. Responsible for reliability engineering and identifying and implementing projects to increase machine reliability and in turn an uplift in availability of equipment.
