Producing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles. Contributing ideas to improve systems, processes and the overall IT roadmap. Ensuring systems and changes comply with security standards and regulatory requirements. About You You'll have experience working within an IT support environment and be passionate about developing your technical skills. Just as importantly, you'll enjoy solving problems, helping users and continuously learning new technologies. A good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Experience with manual and automated testing. Familiarity with Git or other version control systems. Experience working with Linux operating systems. Knowledge of REST APIs, networking and internet protocols such as HTTP and TCP/IP. Good working knowledge of Python and Bash scripting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Experience with Azure DevOps would be advantageous. ERP Systems Administrator Beeston, Nottinghamshire (Office Based) Permanent Salary: Up to £50,000 Are you an experienced ERP Systems Administrator or Application Support professional looking for your next challenge? We're looking for someone to take ownership of a business-critical ERP system within a well-established manufacturing business. Whilst the organisation currently uses Infor M3 CloudSuite, previous M3 experience isn't essential - full training will be provided. If you've supported another ERP platform and enjoy solving problems, improving systems and working closely with users, we'd love to hear from you. This is an excellent opportunity to become the internal ERP specialist, working alongside the IT Manager and external partners to support, develop and continuously improve the company's core business systems.
