PHP Web Developer We are looking for a PHP developer to join a growing team in Burton on Trent, offering a very flexible environment including working from home if preferred and a friendly, modern, lively office environment depending on your preference. Taking part in regular sprint planning sessions Helping create new features, managing improvements and bugs and dealing with general framework tasks Managing your own tasks and workload through Jira Getting involved in regular code reviews Working within the front and back-end of our applications which involves handling both business logic and database layers via our API Learning new skills alongside developing existing skill sets Working with other developers, managers, testers and designers within the development life cycle Other advantageous skills and experience: Laravel or similar PHP framework experience Knowledge of the Node.JS Express framework API Experience HTML 5 / CSS Knowledge of security standards RESTful API services (JSON, XML) Experience of Atlassian products Experience working with Docker Desktop What our client offers Remote and agile working An excellent opportunity to develop new and existing skills.
