Net SQL, Horsham, West Sussex to £80K (Hybrid) An established software company in Horsham, West Sussex are looking for a passionate .Net Technical Team Leader with strong technical skills to guide their internal software solutions and the team that develops and maintains them. Efficiency and productivity are key to their success, and this role is at the heart of their strategy to support the company achieve its vision. The role leads a team of five developers to maintain and improve internal software systems. The developers work remotely and use a variety of technologies to support users across the company. The successful candidate would be expected to understand the business and liaise with users to ensure well defined enhancements and timely delivery of high-quality solutions as well as contributing to the programming tasks and overseeing the design. They would expect to see evidence of team leadership and programming as well as project management and delivery. Senior Embedded Engineer, Electronics, C++, Lymington, Southampton to £60,000 (Hybrid working) A leading manufacturing firm based near Southampton are requiring a Senior Embedded Engineer with expertise in embedded systems to design, develop, test, and maintain specialised computer systems tailored for specific tasks within application-specific products and solutions. The role will involve responsibilities interpreting user needs and capturing system requirements then negotiating the technical requirements for firmware, electronic and mechanical hardware designs, test plan engineering , collaborating with other engineering teams, and ensuring the system is reliable, efficient, and secure. Main duties • Support of system design and architecture: Develop the overall architecture of embedded systems, focusing on performance, scalability, and power efficiency . • Clarify requirements for firmware, mechanical and electronic hardware development . • Negotiate requirements with product management, sales and other stakeholders and communicate these requirements with the project team. • Integration: Integrate software and hardware components to ensure they work together seamlessly. • Testing and validation: Develop and execute test plans to verify that the system meets its specifications and is reliable. • Collaboration: Work with other teams, including software, mechanical, and electrical engineers, to define requirements and integrate solutions . • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the system's design and functionality. Candidate requirements • Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field, such as computer engineering, electrical engineering, or computer science. • Proficiency in programming languages like C and C++. • Familiarity with modern OS coding techniques, IP protocols, and hardware interface s. • Knowledge of PCB design tools and electronic design automation software . • Experience with debugging tools and techniques for embedded systems. • Strong problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking skills

Front End React Developer, React, Javascript, NW London to £75K A leading financial software company are looking for a Front End JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js. The role is Offcie based in North West London, Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows, specifically Redux and RTK.
