IT Application Support Engineer An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Application Support Engineer to join a leading internal education charity on a permanent basis. The IT Application Support Engineer will be responsible for providing first rate application support on a range of digital systems (bespoke & SaaS), whilst working with third party suppliers to ensure applications work optimally and that there are robust interfaces in place between systems. Expereince of managing incident process for application based issues whilst managing stakeholder communication. Experience of producing self-help documentation for staff to resolve common application issue. Experience of identifying and reporting on trends in support tickets to train the helpdesk and user champions to resolve issues at 1st line stage. Team player, with demonstrable ability to work collaboratively with colleagues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences and 3rd party supplies with good supplier management skills. Solution Architect Role - £75,000 per annum, 12 Month FTC. This opportunity to provide advice and support, in relation to digital solutions architecture, solution options and selection, agile technology roadmaps, and solution and development overlaps and integrations, is being offered on a 12 month Fixed-term Contract to a central-London public sector company. The role is a Full time contract, reporting to the Head of Solutions and MX Programme Manager and is ideal for a candidate with current Solution Architect experience or with Senior Developer experience. The Solution Architect's role is to provide targeted solutions architecture across all projects, but predominantly those within a Member Experience MX Programme.
