This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CNC Programmer / CNC Machinist with strong CAD CAM / offline programming experience to work in a technically varied environment supporting new product introduction (NPI), process improvement, and complex component manufacture. The Role As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for creating, developing and optimising CNC programs for a range of precision components, working across multiple machining platforms. You will play a key role in programming, process development, and production support, working closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve machining efficiency and product quality. Key Responsibilities Create and optimise offline CNC programs (CAD CAM programming) Program and support a range of machines including Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and prove-out of new components Improve cycle times, tooling strategies and machining methods Troubleshoot and resolve production and machining issues Maintain and update CNC programs in line with engineering changes Support inspection processes including CMM and optical measurement Work closely with production teams to ensure quality, efficiency and on-time delivery Skills & Experience Required Proven experience as a CNC Programmer / CNC Machinist Strong experience with CAD CAM / offline programming Experience programming CNC Milling and/or CNC Turning machines Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications Experience working within a precision engineering / manufacturing environment Strong understanding of tight tolerances, tooling and machining processes Desirable Experience Experience with EDM machining Knowledge of lean manufacturing / continuous improvement Experience supporting NPI (New Product Introduction) Familiarity with ISO9001 / AS9100 / IATF16949 environments
