Power Systems Engineer Solihull An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Power Systems Engineer to join a leading building services consultancy based in Solihull. This is a permanent, full-time role offering exposure to a wide range of innovative and technically challenging projects. The Role Provide specialist power systems input across a variety of projects. Develop technical reports, specifications, and designs. Liaise with DNOs and contractors throughout project execution. Carry out network design from Low Voltage up to 132kV. Undertake load flow, fault level, protection, harmonic and arc flash studies. Support generation schemes including wind, solar, and standby power. Conduct site surveys, inspections, and commissioning support. Key Requirements Degree in Power Systems Engineering (or related discipline). Proficiency with software such as ETAP, IPSA+, ERACS, Power Factory, or Amtech HV. Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to learning and development.
