They are now seeking a CRO Analyst (Conversion Rate Optimisation) to join the business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for data, user experience and eCommerce, where you'll play a key role in improving website performance through testing, analysis and optimisation. Core Responsibilities for this CRO Analyst Implement and develop an ongoing CRO programme to improve website conversion performance. Analyse customer behaviour using heatmaps, user recordings, funnel analysis and other research tools. Identify testing opportunities and present recommendations to Design and Digital teams. Prioritise CRO initiatives using customer insights, analytics and commercial objectives. Coordinate A/B testing programmes from planning through to implementation and reporting. Collaborate with Product and Development teams on more complex optimisation projects. Core Experience for this CRO Analyst Role Previous experience within a CRO, eCommerce, Digital Analytics or UX-focused role. Hands-on experience using ContentSquare, AB Tasty or similar CRO platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer behaviour and data. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Desirable Skills Experience using Google Analytics, Excel or other reporting and analytics tools. Knowledge of SEO principles and website optimisation. Passion for delivering an exceptional online customer experience.
