Our customer, a leading Biotech company based in the Oxfordshire area is seeking a senior Linux Admin for a full time permanent position. The Senior IT Linux Admin is responsible for the effective operation of the Linux environment. They administer Linux systems and applications where segregation of duties is necessary, manage Linux based tools to help in the efficiency of IT/Bioinformatics, and help to develop and test Linux based applications as appropriate including to be used in Science. The role responsibility stretches across both onsite and cloud provisioned services. The Senior IT Linux Developer will be the 'go-to' person for managing the delivery of all Linux support, integrations and projects, maintaining & improving the solutions for enhanced business use. This includes designing, implementing, monitoring & performance tuning, troubleshooting and issue resolution on Linux systems. The successful Linux Admin must have Experience and demonstrable ability with Linux Servers & system administration aswell as experience of application installation on Linux platforms such as Debian/Ubuntu or Red Hat/Centos; The ability to compile applications from source code if needed. Knowledge of Linux applications as used in a technical or scientific environment. Containerisation experience, preferably Docker is also desirable. Monitoring AWS or similar environments, identifying & implementing agreed improvements aswell as Knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Python, R, BASH, etc. & Working with GIT and other DevOps tools. A Degree in computer science/sciences/similar field, or relevant computing experience in a technical environment is essential whilst Linux Professional Institute Certification/Python Certified Associate Professional/AWS Certification are desirable.

The Enterprise Solution Architect (Telecom BSS focussed) will be responsible for creating the E2E architecture principles, architecture assurance framework and guiding the E2E Solutions team on the project. As a member in the Architecture team, the successful applicant will lead the E2E Solutions for the Digital BSS programme, liaising with business & technical stakeholders representing the enterprise wide architecture. Ensuring maximum re-use of IT assets and services giving value for money, consistency of service, and reducing the costs of future changes. Driving and leading the reduced complexity in the current IT estate - through identifying opportunities for decommissioning, consolidation of components, applications, integration technologies, data and hardware. As well as, defining the principles and design patterns that guide technology decisions for the enterprise, meeting commitments around rationalisation and consolidation Applicants must have strong backgrounds in E2E Solutions Architecture & Design, in the Telecom BSS domain - especially with Telecom Order Management (OM), CPQ (Configure Price Quote/Order Entry/Order Capture), Product Catalog, CRM, Marketing Management, Channels - Lead to Order, Order to Activate etc. Also holding Enterprise wide Architecture design experience, holding certification in TOGAF.

The successful candidate needs to have a proven track record in designing, implementing, integrating and trouble-shooting complex technical solutions in Cloud as well as possess excellent customer facing skills, impeccable communication capabilities and a dynamic, pragmatic approach. In addition to owning the overall technical design of projects, the Senior Architect will act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with Technical Architects across the business to provide consultative input to their projects. The candidate will need to have extensive experience in Telephony (particularly in SIP, RTP and DTMF delivery) and data networking, as well as expertise in web service technologies (SOAP, REST & XML), covering security, networking, applications and PCI concepts. Great understanding of PSP integrations, working with card payment systems as well as expertise in Linux, AWS, Security, IP & Web Technologies (Basic HTML/CSS & JavaScript, VMWare ESXi & VCenter). Extensive knowledge of speech recognition systems is a bonus.

My client, a leading Consultancy is looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect specialising in to work on a large, complex greenfield programme for their customer. This is a contract opportunity and can be worked remotely with some occasional travel to Swindon. The successful applicant will be responsible for the design, Architecture and building of Salesforce, Hands on configuration experience as well as focus on understanding of requirements and design phases. You will be providing analysis, design, creating requirements and design documentation. Additionally, you will then work with the team on code and configuration. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce as a Architect. Applicants should also hold relevant certifications in Salesforce. Candidates should have Experience developing Visualforce, Apex, Triggers, LWC and declarative tools aswell as a strong understanding of Salesforce Solution design & architecture, data management and integrations. Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ an advantage.
