Key responsibilities • Investigate & Resolve incidents across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Business Central and Field Service within agreed SLAs. • Troubleshoot & Analyse functional, technical and data-related issues to restore service quickly and effectively. • Manage & Escalate complex issues to development teams and third-line support where appropriate. • Support & Secure Dynamics environments by responding to security incidents and reviewing security-related platform updates. • Deploy & Release application changes through non-production and production environments. • Collaborate & Improve by participating in Agile ceremonies, release handovers and retrospectives. • Monitor & Optimise integrations between Dynamics 365, Azure and AWS services. • Build Relationships with stakeholders to deliver excellent customer service and continuous improvement.
