How you'll help us make health happen As a Senior Finance Applications Specialist, you'll play a key role in both the day-to-day running and future development of our Oracle EPBCS platform. You'll: Change: Contribute to/drive the translation of functional requirements and Excel modelling to application design and configuration. Participate or lead in new initiatives to identify appropriate technology solutions, working closely with the Finance Transformation and Project Management teams. Own a part of the Oracle EPBCS system delivery of new initiatives to deliver benefits to the ESG and FP&A Reporting teams. Lead and own Oracle EPBCS development components including Data forms / Narrative Reports, Data synchronisations and calculations as well as MS Power BI reports. Support the testing and end-user training of the new initiatives. Run: Drive the end-to-end process flow and data requirements to support ESG reporting (Scopes 1,2 and 3) and the inter-dependencies with other reporting processes. Support the Management Reporting and Financial Planning processes during peak reporting cycles and key deadlines. Take the lead in operating the Oracle applications, ensuring the appropriate controls and governance are in place. Collect (or personally identify), assess and implement functionality improvements and configuration changes to our systems to support a more efficient and easily maintainable reporting process. Provide a great level of service to the ESG reporting team, understanding in detail their reporting needs and being the go-to person for all system-related activities What you'll bring We're looking for someone who's confident working with finance systems and enjoys solving problems. You'll bring: A customer-oriented mindset with exceptional verbal communication skills Solid technical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret & present data clearly. Strong finance process understanding, at least in one of the following areas: ESG Reporting, Financial Reporting (Statutory, Regulatory or Management), Non-Financial Reporting Expertise in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions (or willingness to be hands-on), with understanding of Groovy scripting being a plus. Solid experience of working in a complex and/or regulated environment and delivering and/or operating large-scale finance systems and models Understanding of demands faced by a large global company and its financial reporting process Ability to manage project schedules and workload within a collaborative team framework. Strong technical grounding in cloud and application security, including DevSecOps practices. Experience with security technologies (SCA, SAST, DAST, CSPM, CNAPP) and frameworks (OWASP, NIST).
