Responsibilities: Real Time monitoring of Critical Power and Cooling (UPS, Generators, HVAC). Incident Response: First-line emergency response to alarms, power, or cooling failures. Execution: Carrying out the maintenance tasks (PPM) scheduled by the engineering team. Supervision: Overseeing third-party vendors and subcontractors on-site.
