Service Design & Transition Lead - OT/IT | Critical Infrastructure A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Design & Transition Lead . You'll ensure new and enhanced Operational Technology (OT) and IT services are designed, transitioned, and Embedded into live operations safely, securely, and with minimal disruption. This role plays a key part in supporting the reliability and compliance of critical national infrastructure within an increasingly digital environment.   Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end service design and service transition for new OT and IT services. Develop clear service support models , covering incident response, maintenance, monitoring, and third-party engagement. Build and oversee transition plans to ensure operational readiness and minimise impact on live services. Translate technical designs (architecture, ODS/IDS) into practical, supportable service documentation. Work across architecture, engineering, operations, cyber, and suppliers to ensure service assurance, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance. Support continuous improvement across service management processes. Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in service design/transition within regulated or critical infrastructure sector (manufacturing, defence, energy, utilities, transport etc.). Strong knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) and IT/OT integration (SCADA, control systems, substation automation). Solid understanding of ITIL v4 (Service Design, Transition, Continual Improvement). Ability to develop operational support models and manage third-party suppliers. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a practical, problem-solving mindset.

We're looking for an experienced Ellipse 9 Technical Consultant to join our team and help deliver high-quality, customised solutions What you'll be doing: Develop and enhance Ellipse 9's Front End (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Ellipse UI frameworks) for better usability and performance. Extend and customise Back End functionality (Cobol, Java, MIMS Control Language). Build custom modules, reports, and integrations with other enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, SCADA).
