The Role Lead Client Engagements: Act as a key point of contact, providing technical support and expert guidance across diverse legal matters. Full Lifecycle Management: Get hands on with everything from data processing and analysis to client training and final productions. Operational Excellence: Maintain essential project documentation (workflows, data schedules) and ensure rigorous quality control. Risk & Compliance: Assist with data security protocols and contribute to maintaining high standards, including ISO 27001 compliance. Innovation: Stay ahead of market trends, testing new tools and workflow styles to keep our service offering at the forefront of the industry.
