Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a commercial strategy targeting OEMs and Tier 1 & 2 suppliers across the region. Generate, qualify and convert leads into major capital equipment opportunities, building a robust pipeline. Re engage dormant accounts and strengthen long standing customer relationships. Lead RFQs, contract reviews, pricing strategy and senior level negotiations for high value machinery projects. Produce accurate, insight led forecasts to support strategic commercial decisions. What You Bring Proven business development experience selling high value, low volume capital equipment - ideally CNC machinery or related engineering solutions. A multi channel sales approach, including cold calling, marketing, social media and exhibitions. Strong technical aptitude - knowledge of CNC machining and tooling is essential. Experience managing complex, long cycle sales with multiple stakeholders and senior level decision makers. The ability to work autonomously. A solution focused and technical mindset, enabling you to solve engineering problems and guide customers toward commercially viable technical solutions.
