You will design and develop test equipment, jigs and fixtures, write LabVIEW software to automate RF test equipment, commission new production test stations, and produce all manufacturing and test documentation required to support production. Alongside this, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, provide technical support throughout the product lifecycle, train production staff, audit manufacturing processes, and ensure the highest standards of quality, reliability and efficiency are maintained. The successful candidate will have a strong background within an electronics manufacturing environment, with experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and developing manufacturing test solutions. You should understand how production lines are established, optimised and supported, and have proven experience in RF and microwave testing, including designing and automating RF test equipment using LabVIEW. This role would suit someone who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges and taking ownership of projects from concept through to production.
