We are open to experience for this role; key, is a desire to work in IT and proven technical skills. DAY TO DAY Provide day-to-day support for end-user hardware, software, and network issues. Communicate effectively with users from issue acceptance through to resolution. Set up, configure, and maintain IT systems, devices, and peripherals. Manage software installation, updates, and troubleshooting. Maintain asset lists and ensure company systems are properly inventoried. Support the internal service desk, ensuring all tickets are logged and resolved promptly. WHAT WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE A forward-thinking, solution-driven approach to problem solving. Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and effectively. A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills. Up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging technologies. A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to other UK sites when required. 1-2 years' experience in a similar IT role would be advantageous.
