They are looking for a proactive and creative E-commerce Marketing Executive to take ownership of their day-to-day digital marketing activities and help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind the company's digital channels, managing content, social media, email marketing, and campaign execution. Key responsibilities of the E-commerce Marketing Executive Maintain and update website content, product listings, technical data sheets, collections, and pricing. Monitor the online customer journey and recommend improvements to increase conversion rates. Assist with monitoring e-commerce integrations and platform functionality. Plan, create and deploy engaging email marketing campaigns promoting new products, industry insights, and seasonal offers. Maintain and optimise automated customer journeys, including welcome campaigns, abandoned cart flows, post-purchase communications, and win-back campaigns. Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across website, email, and social media channels. Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools and platform reporting. Work closely with specialist freelancers to ensure consistent messaging and campaign delivery. Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. Create engaging content showcasing products, technical expertise, customer success stories, and company updates. Manage and optimise Meta advertising campaigns to drive quality traffic, engagement, and lead generation. To be considered for the role of: E-commerce Marketing Executive, candidates must have: Experience in a hands-on digital marketing role is essential for this position. Proven success managing social media channels and creating engaging content. Strong understanding of marketing analytics and performance reporting. Commercially minded with the ability to communicate effectively with B2B and trade audiences. Experience managing products and collections within Shopify and Klaviyo would be helpful but are not essential.
