Search Consultancy are looking for an Administrator to join our client in the Higher Education industry on a temporary contract for 4 weeks initially. This will be an office based role in the West End of Glasgow working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Pay rate for this role will be £14h. You must be available immediately. Duties and Responsibilities Promote events to alumni, donors, stakeholders, and the public using database Create and manage event communications, including web notices, invitations, and signage Maintain accurate event details, including guest lists, special access needs, and registration materials Handle event inquiries professionally and efficiently from both internal and external participants Assist with guest and volunteer coordination to ensure smooth event operations and goal achievement Provide administrative support to the Events Team, including diary management, logistical arrangements, and vendor coordination Attend various stakeholder events, contributing to positive guest experiences and fostering relationships with alumni, supporters, and stakeholders Manage event stock levels and ensure branded materials are available and aligned across University events Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Events Manager or Senior Event Coordinators Qualifications: Have HE experience and be available for temporary work.
