We are looking for a Firmware Test Engineer to join a specialist robotics company in Redhill, Surrey. This role would suit engineers with experience automating Python test scripts and ma ually testing firmware. This is a hybrid role, 3 days in the office, 2 from home. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the test automation framework and tools. Run automation and manual tests for new firmware and software. Develop and contribute towards firmware test process. Set up of test equipment and rigs. Act as firmware technical expert for customers, stakeholders, and other teams. Requirements: Relevant degree in Robotics, Electronics, Computer Science or similar. Strong skills in Python development. Experience with both automated and manual testing of software and firmware. Role: IT Analyst Location: Springvale, Northern Ireland Rate : £28.00 FCSA Umbrella (Inside IR35) OR £20.00 Paye Duration: 12 months We are looking for an IT Analyst to support the IT systems and infrastructure of an automotive company s manufacturing shopfloor. IT Analysts will provide; IT system and infrastructure support. Conduct updates, upgrades, and other maintenance tasks for hardware and software. Ensure services achieve and maintain compliant to IT Security, SOX, and IT Internal Controls. Requirements: An IT related degree or IT experience. Prior experience managing and resolving IT issues across multiple business units. Experience working with global teams.

Working within the Electronics Team to support new product testing development for battery solutions. Electronics Test Engineers will design and develop custom automated test equipment, maintain and improve existing systems, work closely with test technicians, and collaborate with other departments on NPI and PFMEA processes for new products. Responsibilities: Design and execute test plans for new battery products. Develop test specifications in line with customer requirements. Conduct failure mode analysis. Design, develop, and validate new test equipment. Manage version control of compiled firmware. Requirements: Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (BEng) or equivalent relevant qualification/experience. Previous experience in a similar test engineering role within electronics/ manufacturing. Strong programming skills in LabVIEW. Experience using SQL databases. Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting ability.

Role: Digital Systems Engineer Location: Peterborough Contract: 12 months (likely to extend) Rate: Up to £43.50/hour (Inside IR35 umbrella) OR £32 PAYE Digital Systems Engineer to join the Energy and Electrification team of an automotive manufacturer in Peterborough, focusing on the development, validation, and delivery of digital systems that support machine electrification, logistics, and product planning. This role bridges engineering and digital delivery, working closely with IT, software, and data teams, while collaborating across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and electronics as well. Responsibilities: Develop high level system boundary diagrams including on-board controllers, telematics, platform components, and applications. Develop failure mode analysis and validation plans with support relevant subject matter experts as required. Document and gain consensus on test plans with the team, Support with testing, working with a simulation engineer, to test and validate failure modes. Requirements: Experience within product or service development. Experience working with digital delivery, e.g. IT / software development / engineering data.
