Overview: We are seeking a Utilisation & Implementation Specialist to support the rollout and ongoing operations of workplace utilisation sensors. You'll coordinate installations, manage key data sources, and deliver insights that help optimise how space is used across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support end-to-end delivery of utilisation sensor installations. Coordinate schedules, documentation, and readiness with internal teams and external suppliers. Work closely with IT, Facilities, Vendors, and Workplace teams to ensure smooth implementation. Manage and validate property and room data, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Monitor sensor performance and utilisation trends to maintain data integrity. Produce dashboards and insight reports to support space optimisation. Skills & Experience: Strong understanding of BIM/BMS systems and digital building information. Experience working with IoT or smart building technologies. Project coordination experience, ideally on building, workplace, or technology projects. Analytical mindset with confidence interpreting utilisation data. Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills. CAD skills (desirable) for reviewing or updating drawings when required. The Role: Build and refine LLM/SLM-based AI solutions, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), fine-tuning, and prompt engineering. Design and oversee solution architecture for AI-powered systems across cloud and on-premise environments. Develop ML models and integrate them into production systems, ensuring scalability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI strategy, roadmap, and adoption plan. Prototype, test, and optimise AI applications, ensuring continuous performance improvement. Essential Skills: 5 + years commercial experience in GenAI, NLP, and Machine Learning. Solutions Architect - Digital My client is looking for a Solutions Architects, ideally within the Digital space, with a focus on AWS/Google/Azure experience. You will bring the overall solution design together working with the whole of the team to ensure significant items of functionality can be delivered. Provides an experienced voice around design. Works with the Agile BA team and product owners to ensure stories are sufficiently elaborated for development to commence. Works with the Head of Design and Delivery to ensure solutions are understood for more long-term items on the roadmaps. Work with the Architecture team to ensure solutions do not diverge from the overall roadmap. Experienced Solution Architect with background in overall solution roadmaps, particularly around Cloud and Digital. Significant experience of cloud-based software and implications of implementing this into an organisation. Experience in Integration methods. Energy Industry experience is desirable. Able to quickly understand complex requirements and distil them into key elements. Comfortable with making rapid design decisions.
