Role Overview We're looking for a Product Owner MS Apps to lead the vision, strategy, and continuous improvement of our Microsoft 365 and Power Platform products. You'll work at the heart of our Digital & Data function, shaping product roadmaps, driving system enhancements, and ensuring our technology delivers real value for colleagues, customers, and the wider organisation. This role blends product ownership, stakeholder leadership, technical understanding, and operational delivery. You'll partner with architecture, training, operations, and software suppliers to ensure our platforms evolve in line with business needs, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Who You Are You're an experienced Product Owner or Product Specialist with strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, including hands-on administration. You're confident working across the full product life cycle, translating business needs into clear technical requirements, and guiding teams using Agile and Lean practices. You're proactive, analytical, and passionate about improving products, processes, and user experience. Key Responsibilities Lead the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Digital & Data strategy and organisational goals. Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, documentation, and product enhancements. Drive system improvements and continuous optimisation, working with stakeholders, suppliers, and architecture teams. Own user access, roles, and audit-compliant governance across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform products. Champion Agile and Lean practices, managing product backlogs and supporting delivery teams throughout the life cycle. Act as a Technology SME, coaching Product Analysts, sharing best practice, and supporting capability development. Lead product forums, workshops, and solution design sessions, providing architectural direction and risk insight. Support implementation, rollout, and adoption, including training collaboration, service delivery oversight, and post-implementation support. Lead, coach, and develop team members, creating a supportive, high-performing environment where colleagues can grow, deliver great work, and feel empowered to succeed.

AI Engineer - LLM, Python, RAG, Data Analyst - SQL, Tableau, R, Python, Gen AI, Machine Learning. This is 12 month fixed term contract, hybrid working, office location Weybridge, Surrey. The Role: Build and refine LLM/SLM-based AI solutions, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), fine-tuning, and prompt engineering. Design and oversee solution architecture for AI-powered systems across cloud and on-premise environments. Develop ML models and integrate them into production systems, ensuring scalability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI strategy, roadmap, and adoption plan. Prototype, test, and optimise AI applications, ensuring continuous performance improvement. Essential Skills: 5 + years commercial experience in GenAI, NLP, and Machine Learning. Proven experience in creating, training, and fine-tuning LLMs/SLMs. 5+ years hands-on skills Python development skills. Integrating with SQL/NoSQL databases. Experience with API development, web scraping/crawling, and data integration. Practical exposure to on premise AI model deployment and open-source AI frameworks (eg, Hugging Face, LangChain). Ability to assess AI tools and recommend optimisation for performance improvements. Strong consulting and communication skills able to translate technical concepts into business value. Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, or related field. Full right to work in the UK required. They are looking to hire someone on an initial 6-month contract to act as a Product Owner in order to assist with the implementation: Experience Required: Experience of working with the LUSID platform is essential. Technical skill including SQL and Python in order to write code and configure the platform. Solutions Architect - Digital My client is looking for a Solutions Architects, ideally within the Digital space, with a focus on AWS/Google/Azure experience. You will bring the overall solution design together working with the whole of the team to ensure significant items of functionality can be delivered. Provides an experienced voice around design. Works with the Agile BA team and product owners to ensure stories are sufficiently elaborated for development to commence. Works with the Head of Design and Delivery to ensure solutions are understood for more long-term items on the roadmaps. Work with the Architecture team to ensure solutions do not diverge from the overall roadmap. Experienced Solution Architect with background in overall solution roadmaps, particularly around Cloud and Digital. Significant experience of cloud-based software and implications of implementing this into an organisation. Experience in Integration methods. Energy Industry experience is desirable. Able to quickly understand complex requirements and distil them into key elements. Comfortable with making rapid design decisions.
