We are currently recruiting for a customer focussed 3rd Line Technical Support Analyst with in-depth proven VMware & Citrix experience for a forward thinking & evolving organisation. They are specifically looking for a personable and enthusiastic individual, who is committed to customer satisfaction and who has the determination and resolve to own and resolve issues before moving on to the next. This role involves shift working between 8:00am & 6:00pm from Monday through to Sunday (the usual working week is Monday to Friday). There will also sometimes be travel to satellite offices across London so a full driving licence is required. The purpose of the role will be to provide a high quality, professional and responsive 3nd line infrastructure support service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
