Contract Technical Support Officer`s urgently required to work within our client`s ICT department for 3 months with possible extension`s until March 2017. Main focus of the role will be to provide iPad/MDM support and floor walking. Experience of Mobile devices / iPad / Mobile Device Management is essential (min 3-6 months). The successful applicant`s will become a member of the Second line team of 9 TSO`s and would be based in Dartford. Duties will include second line support for all hardware and software across the site. This will also include installation new hardware and software which will mean lifting of heavy equipment. Support of the Network which means some basic network understanding is essential. A key eliminate of this role will be to provide support to our client`s Mobile Community using iPads and iPhones to deliver Services. A minimum of three years ‘hands on` technical experience (in a medium to large technical support environment) is required and experience of iOS and MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions is an essential requirement.
