Support Services Technical Lead - ServiceNow Remote working Salary up to £100K I am recruiting on behalf of a ServiceNow Partner who are looking to add a Managed Services Technical Lead to their ever-increasing team. This role is a growth role, and they are looking for someone who can scope, design solutions and deliver. You will be tasked with but not limited to: Design and configuration of the platform and modules ITSM, CSM, ITOM. Supporting day to day operation of the platform. Working with the current team to fulfill business requirements, whilst using your knowledge to push and promote improvements to generate and increase return on investment. What we are looking for: Proven ServiceNow development experience. Experience and knowledge of languages such as: HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Experience working in a Domain Separated Platform ServiceNow certification would be advantageous: System Administrator, CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM. ITIL v4 Foundation qualified would also be preferable.

Sage X3 Finance Consultant Remote UK Wide £70,000-£80,000 Arden Resourcing is working with an established ERP and business software specialist looking to add an experienced Sage X3 Finance Consultant to its growing team. With a strong pipeline of new projects and continued investment in Sage Cloud, automation and AI-enabled solutions, this is an opportunity to take ownership of complex Sage X3 implementations and work closely with customers to improve their finance and business processes. The Role As a Sage X3 Finance Consultant, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration and ongoing optimisation of Sage X3 solutions. Key responsibilities include: Implementing and configuring Sage X3 Finance Understanding customer finance and business processes and translating these into practical ERP solutions Configuring and optimising modules across accounting, AP/AR, banking, payments, VAT/tax and financial reporting Working with technical teams on integrations, customisations and enhancements Supporting testing, data migration and go-live Providing customer training, documentation and knowledge transfer Acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle Providing post-go-live support and system optimisation Helping improve implementation processes and best practices Person Fit Strong hands-on experience implementing and configuring Sage X3 Excellent functional knowledge of Sage X3 Finance Good understanding of accounting processes, including AP/AR, banking, VAT/tax, month/year end and financial reporting Experience delivering ERP implementation projects Understanding of integrations, solution design and ERP best practice Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Confident working directly with customers and stakeholders Experience delivering user training and supporting system adoption Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities Sage X3/ERP certifications or a background in Finance, Business or IT would be advantageous. Technical Consultant Hybrid working (2/3 days per week office based, Welwyn Garden City) Up to 70k. My client who are an established UK technology business that deliver Cloud, Connectivity and Communications solutions to a broad customer base. Are looking for a Technical Consultant to deliver secure, reliable technical solutions for customers across Microsoft, cloud, infrastructure and networking environments. The role will combine solution design, implementation, consultancy and technical support. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver technical solutions based on customer requirements. Work directly with senior stakeholders to understand technical and business needs. Provide hands-on technical support remotely and onsite when required. Produce detailed technical documentation including RFPs, RFIs, SoWs, HLDs and LLDs. Support pre-sales activity, helping shape solutions and customer proposals. Contribute to the improvement and maintenance of internal IT environments. Essential Experience: Eligible for SC clearance. Strong experience across Microsoft, to include 365, Azure and Windows Server. Networking experience with Juniper, Cisco or HPE technologies. Previous consultancy experience, including solution design, technical proposals and customer engagement. Comfortable combining project/design work with hands-on technical support. Desirable: Microsoft certifications such as MS-102 or AZ-104. Cyber Essentials+, CIS hardening or similar security standards. Palo Alto or SonicWall firewalls. VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox or Morpheus. Server and storage infrastructure. Cloud networking and security. Networking certifications including CCNP, CCNA, JNCIP or JNCIA. Strong commercial awareness and customer-facing skills.
