We are currently looking for a Enterprise Infrastructue Engineer for a 6 month duration. The role will be managing and supporting technical infrastructure of commercial systems and enterprise services. You will also be responsible for the delivery of new services into the business. Key responsibilities - *Technical delivery of Commercial and Enterprise services as defined and measured by the Service Catalogue. *Management of incidents, problems, changes and releases as required. Resolving issues within SLA. Tracking progress and escalating as appropriate in a professional and consistent manner. *Provide monitoring, optimisation, tuning, capacity planning, testing and maintenance of designated services. *Management of third parties, suppliers, partners and internal teams ensuring that products and services are aligned with the needs of our business and IT strategy and delivered to the level of quality and value. *Assisting our customers exploit the maximum value from IT services. *Achieving high levels of internal customer satisfaction and continuing to improve service on all delivery of IT services. *Provide and maintain IT disaster recovery plans and services, ensure standards and guidelines are applied and maintained. *Ensure documentation of services, systems and processes are kept relevant and current. *Contributing to process development and best practice. Looking at new ways to improve resilience, performance levels and supportability. *Reviewing and ensuring complete and appropriate handover of documentation prior to operational acceptance of new or changed services (Service Introduction). *Participate in service status and change review meetings (when required). *Provide on-call technical support (via a rota) for the 24x7 needs of the business *Provide coaching and training of the IT Service Desk and Level 2 support when required Working hours: 9:00- 5:30pm Essential Skills & Experience: * Directory and Name Services ('AD`) * File and Print Services * File Transfer Protocol ('FTP`) * Public Key Infrastructure ('PKI`) * Microsoft Licence Management ('KMS`) * Remote Desktop Licensing ('RD Licencing`) Preferred Skills & Experience: * Experience of working in a DevOps environment with a focus on Continuous Delivery/Deployment will be beneficial. *Full understanding of Office 365 *Project management experience will be beneficial. *Knowledge/experience of Akamai services and technology will be beneficial. *Knowledge/experience of cloud-based services such as Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services will be beneficial

My client is currently recruiting for a IT Engineer based in West London to provide field support cumstomers. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of Software and Hardware devices, Self-Motivated and good problem solving abilities. Main duties: * Provide Field Support to customers throughout the UK. * Complete project work. * Use company vehicle to provide logistical support as required. * Adhere to customer SLA's and escalate incidents which may not meet SLA to the Operational Support Team. * Update all incidents concisely in Remedy using the supplied iPad. * Comply with Customer Health and Safety guidelines when working on client sites. * Order parts and loans as deemed necessary to complete service incidents. * Arrange shipment of faulty items and loan equipment to repair agents. * Submit expenses on a monthly basis. * Provide Engineers with a point of Technical Escalation * If required attend Service Review Meetings with Account Managers at client sites. * Record vehicle stock adjustments within Remedy. * Maintain good relationship with suppliers and vendors. * Follow Health and Safety Guidelines. * Maintain company vehicle as necessary. * Stay abreast of new technology.Resolution of all technical escalations and documentation of the event to ensure knowledge transfer throughout the department.Office, Data centre, Computer rooms, Warehouse environment or in accordance with customer requirements Qualifications / education require: * Full UK Drivers licence * Minimum of 5 GCSE's grade C or above including Maths and English(or equivalent) * Xerox SPS Printer Accreditation * HP Accredited Laptops, Desktops and Workstations * Dell DCSE * MCITP Windows 8 * COMPTIA A+ (Desirable) * COMPTIA Network+ (Desirable) * Microsoft MCSE (Desirable) * Cisco CCNA (Desirable)At least 3 years previous experience at a Junior or Desk Side Support role.
