Project Manager Location: Remote (Some travel to customers / Hereford HQ) Salary: Up to £45,000 + Benefits Our client, a leading software consultancy, is looking for a Project Manager to join their growing delivery team. This is an opportunity to become the first dedicated Project Manager within the business, taking ownership of project delivery while establishing the governance, processes and frameworks that will support future growth. Working with an experienced offshore development team, you'll be the key link between customers and delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the highest standard. Alongside managing multiple software projects, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how delivery operates across the organisation. What you'll do Lead the end-to-end delivery of bespoke software development projects. Act as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing delivery blockers. Manage priorities, timelines, budgets and stakeholder expectations across multiple client projects. Build and implement project governance, reporting frameworks and delivery processes from the ground up. Work closely with an established offshore development team to ensure effective planning, communication and collaboration. Our client, a leading engineering and manufacturing organisation, is looking to appoint a Senior Data Engineer to play a key role in the evolution of its enterprise data platform. This is an opportunity to influence data strategy, own critical data engineering initiatives, and work with modern cloud technologies to deliver trusted, high-quality data that supports business decision-making across a global organisation. Essential experience includes: Strong commercial SQL development experience. Proven experience administering enterprise data warehouses. Experience with Snowflake. Experience developing data pipelines and ELT processes. Strong knowledge of data warehousing principles and dimensional modelling (Kimball). Experience using dbt. Power BI report and dashboard development. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability. Experience documenting data solutions and technical specifications. Understanding of data governance, GDPR and data security principles. Desirable experience: Fivetran or similar integration tools. Microsoft Fabric. GitHub and modern SDLC practices. ERP integrations such as Dynamics 365 or Infor. Exposure to AI technologies including Snowflake Cortex or OpenAI tooling. Experience within engineering, manufacturing or aerospace environments.
