This is an outstanding & highly lucrative opportunity for an experienced PCB Designer to move into a Technical Sales Lead position for a well established, market leading software engineering business. The business have launched a new (well known) software into the marketplace and are seeking someone to lead the success in the UK market. You will have an excellent understanding of PCB design and the challenges faced by designers in the current market. You will use your knowledge and experience to consult with design teams across the UK to identify their needs and provide a technical software solution. The role will be predominantly based in Buckinghamshire, but working with account teams across mainland UK and should anticipate frequent travel. You will be delivering state of the art PCB Design software & technical knowledge to some huge clients across all sectors. You will receive excellent (and regular) training on the software and join a highly experienced Sales team who own a huge segment of the market. Key responsibilities include (but not limited to): - Identify customer needs relating to PCB design software - Engage as trusted advisor with customers at engineer and management level to find ways to solve their analysis challenges with PCB tools. - Product presentations and orchestrating demonstrations, support evaluations, competitive benchmarking, orchestrate workshops and training. - Collaborate with Internal Account Teams in the development of sales strategies and tactical plans to grow PCB business at their accounts. - Communicate with product division marketing to influence development in a favorable direction for clients. - Participate in sales activities and out-bound marketing such as trade shows, workshops, seminars, Web-casts Qualifications: - Good understanding of today’s high performance PCB challenges and solutions - It is of vital importance to be familiar with the overall PCB design flow. - Good knowledge in PCB tools from market leading companies addressing the above and industry experience of PCB Design Remuneration: Excellent package: £30-45K (Negotiable DOE) + commission (OTE £60-80K), Company Car or allowance, Laptop, Mobile Phone & Company Pension Scheme etc
