You will play a key role in supporting managers and clinical staff, ensuring data is accurate, systems run smoothly, and reports are clear and reliable. Key responsibilities Enter and clean data, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Build and update Excel reports, including pivot tables, formulas (IF, VLOOKUP), advanced filtering, and graphs/charts. Support the production of regular reports. Work independently while asking the right questions when clarification is required. Skills Comfortable with data entry and routine reporting tasks. Detail-focused, organised, and able to meet deadlines. Clear communicator, able to ask the right questions. Experience with EMIS (or another data/reporting system) desirable, or the ability to quickly learn how a cloud-based data platform works. Interest in healthcare data and improving reporting processes. Excellent administrative skills and computer literacy. Experience of prioritising workload to meet conflicting demands and deadlines. Ability to use initiative but ask the right questions to clarify Ability to reflect on and apply previous learning to new situations.
