We're searching for a Skopje based People Data Analystto join our Organisation Effectiveness & People Analytics team, so that we can ensure our recurring people reporting is delivered accurately, on time, and to a consistently high standard. The People Data Analystwill interrogate workforce data, identify patterns and correlations, and proactively surface insights that help drive better people and business decisions across RLDatix. How You'll Spend Your Time Own recurring monthly people reporting cycles to deliver accurate, timely and high-quality reports across headcount, turnover, recruitment, diversity, absence and organisational trends. Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau and other reporting platforms in order to enable leaders to easily understand workforce performance and trends. Validate, reconcile and quality-check workforce data to maintain high standards of data accuracy, resolve anomalies, and strengthen governance processes. Improve reporting processes through standardisation and automation in order to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency using AI-enabled tools. Partner with People Business Partners, Finance, Talent Acquisition and business leaders to translate complex datasets into concise, business-focused insights. What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having Demonstrated experience in producing recurring operational or executive reporting, ideally within HR, People Analytics or Workforce Analytics. Proven success in developing dashboards using Tableau, Power BI or similar visualisation tools, alongside advanced Excel skills including complex formulas and Pivot Tables. In-depth knowledge on how to work with HRIS platforms (such as Dayforce, Workday, etc.) and apply strong data quality, validation and governance principles. The Application Support Engineer will act as the Level 2 technical escalation point, resolving complex application issues, supporting platform integrations, and helping ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our products and services. How You'll Spend Your Time Resolve complex customer issues escalated from Level 1 Support, applying technical expertise and product knowledge to deliver effective solutions within agreed service levels.
