CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator Location: Halesowen Salary: £15.50 - £20.00 per hour (Dependent on Experience) Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm Contract: Permanent Full Time CNC Machinists Wanted - Precision Engineering An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator to join a well-established precision engineering manufacturer based in Halesowen. This is a hands-on role within a busy machine shop, manufacturing high-precision tooling and dies for the forging industry. We're looking for an engineer who is confident programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines while maintaining exceptional quality standards. The Role Program, set and operate CNC milling machines. Produce one-off and small batch precision tooling and dies. Work from detailed engineering drawings to tight tolerances. Create, edit and optimise CNC programs using Fanuc and Heidenhain controls. Select tooling, set machine offsets and prove out new programs. Carry out first-off and in-process inspections. Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and housekeeping. Machinery Experience with any of the following machinery would be advantageous: Skymaster Kiheung Correa Bridgeport What We're Looking For Previous experience programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines. Experience using Fanuc and/or Heidenhain controls is essential. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Experience machining precision components to tight tolerances. Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused approach. Able to work independently and as part of an experienced engineering team.
