You must be a consummate communicator with proven experience of delivering 1st and 2nd line support. Previous experience working for an MSP is highly desirable. Proven experience managing NHS client accounts is an essential requirement for this role. As the Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of NHS customer accounts with the goal of increasing revenue retention and growth, identifying opportunities for expansion and building long term partnerships.
