Multi experience and in preference in multi domain (not only IT for instance). Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major part of a strategic government project in the UK. This role is a key interface between our German Headquarter, UK government entities, partner(s) and internal departments. You shall be part of our local UK team and our global Veridos Customer Project Manager, while also managing international suppliers and local contractors. The ideal candidate combines both strong project governance experience along with the ability to thrive in a complex, multicultural environment. o Your main responsibilities will include: Budget & Financial Control o Full responsibility for project budget management. o Monitor costs, prevent overruns, and ensure transparent financial reporting to our HQ. o Manage local procurement and mitigate financial risks. Interface with HQ (Germany) & International Corporate Environment o Act as the primary point of contact between UK-based operations and our senior leadership. o Provide regular progress reports, risk assessments, and financial updates. o Translate local issues into clear data for strategic decision-making. o Navigate the processes, reporting lines and decision-making protocols of an international corporate environment. Government & External Stakeholder Management o Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with our potential prospects and existing customers. o Navigate bureaucratic processes to secure permits and approvals. o Represent the company in high-level government meetings and presentations. Internal Collaboraton o Collaborate closely with our local teams, who contribute to the project deliverables. o Align priorities, timelines, and resources across functions without direct disciplinary authority. o Manage conflicts and competing priorities through negotiation and relationship-building. o Ensure the "why" behind project decisions are clearly communicated to motivate cross-functional Project Execution & IT Coordination o Oversee the full project life cycle o Apply IT knowledge to coordinate with technical departments and suppliers. o Identify and mitigate operational, security, and logistical risks. Your Profile: o Proven track record managing high-scale, complex projects (government projects preferred). o International Corporate Experience: Demonstrable experience of working within international companies and an understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and reporting standards. o Supplier Management: Proven experience managing international suppliers and contractors across borders and time zones. o Budget Responsibility: Demonstrable experience managing significant project budgets. o Matrix Management: Proven ability to deliver results through teams not under direct line management-influencing, negotiating, and aligning without direct managerial authority. o Languages: Fluency in English- must be able to write detailed reports and negotiate with international stakeholders. o Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent preferred. o IT Knowledge: Sufficiently technically literate to oversee tech-heavy deliverables and communicate effectively with technical departments and suppliers Working conditions: o Mixed: Company office and Remote working possible. o Ability to travel when required and necessary to UK Company offices, within UK and within Europe for professional purposes

We are recruiting for an experienced Product Security Engineer to join an engineering team, supporting the delivery of secure, high-assurance products within the defence sector. This is an excellent opportunity to work on technically challenging projects where security is Embedded throughout the product life cycle using Secure by Design (SbD) principles. This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 2 days per week onsite in Chertsey, with the expectation of up to 5 days per week onsite - project dependant. Due to the nature of the work and security clearance requirements, applications will only be considered from UK nationals who have been British citizens from birth. Candidates must also be eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC) . The Role Reporting to the Supportability Engineering Functional Lead, you will play a critical role in supporting multiple projects throughout the product life cycle, ensuring Product Security Assurance activities and associated artefacts meet customer and regulatory requirements. Working closely with engineering, product development and quality teams, you will integrate Secure by Design principles to minimise cyber vulnerabilities and reduce the risk of system abuse or exploitation. Key Responsibilities Conduct Product Security risk analysis and assessments. Develop and maintain Product Security documentation and assurance artefacts. Ensure security deliverables comply with customer and contractual requirements. Develop and implement Product Security policies and processes. Contribute security effort estimates during the bid process. Chair internal and external Product Security reviews and working groups. Support engineering teams in embedding Secure by Design principles throughout product development. Provide additional support across the wider Supportability function as required. Essential Skills & Experience Experience planning and implementing Product Security activities (eg NIST SP 800 series). Experience producing project security documentation using Secure by Design principles. Knowledge of Security/Information Assurance standards and guidance (eg CESG Good Practice Guides). Experience conducting security risk assessments using recognised methodologies (eg NCSC). Strong understanding of security assurance within complex engineering or defence environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond to changing project demands. Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC). Desirable Skills Risk Management. DevSecOps. Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC). TEMPEST. Familiarity with Defence Security Standards including Def Stan 05-138, Def Stan 05-139, JSP440 and the Security Policy Framework.
